Josh Nelson is a pianist, composer, recording artist and a first-call accompanist and collaborator for artists like Natalie Cole, Rufus Wainwright, Michael Buble, and John Pizzarelli among others. He’s performed in recordings, films and television shows. He’s a winner of the Louis Armstrong Award and the John Philip Sousa Award and he was a semifinalist in the Thelonious Monk International Jazz Piano Competition. He is the pianist for the Pacific Jazz Orchestra, and he’s heard on the recent Disney/Pixar film “Elio”.
